- Return/Exchange Period
We kindly request that any return or exchange requests be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at care@erenjoy.com or WhatsApp at 9540008221.
- Shipping Charges
For returns, actual shipping charges will be deducted for both the initial delivery and return. However, if the return is due to a defect or damage during transit, shipping charges will not apply.
- Proof of Defective Item
If a defective or broken item is received, we ask that you kindly provide an unboxing video as proof, which will help us process the claim smoothly.
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for teethers and rattles.
- Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the process via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Exchanges
For exchanges, we will handle the replacement on our end and send the new product to you.
- Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours for prepaid orders and within 7 days for COD orders once we receive the product back at our facility.
- Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, please inform us before it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted.
- Kindly record your unboxing
We recommend recording an unboxing video to help resolve any issues, such as damage or defects. Please note that video proof is mandatory for returns, and without it, claims may not be eligible. Thank you for your understanding!
