FAQs
Is neem wood safe for babies to chew on?
Yes, absolutely! Neem wood is naturally antibacterial and completely non-toxic for babies. Our teethers are BIS certified and free from harmful chemicals, BPA, and synthetic coatings — making them safe for
unsupervised chewing.
How is this teether different from plastic teethers?
Unlike plastic teethers, our neem wood teethers are 100% natural, chemical-free, and biodegradable. Neem wood is naturally antibacterial — so it stays hygienic without any special treatment. It is also more durable, eco-friendly, and safer for your baby and the environment.
Is this toy safe for babies under 6 months?
The Erenjoy Wooden Ball Tracker is recommended for children 6 months and above. The balls are sized to avoid choking hazards, but we advise parental supervision at all times. For babies under 6 months, we suggest our teether range which is designed specifically for younger infants.
What wood is used and is it non-toxic?
We use high-quality beech wood finished with water-based, non-toxic paint. The toy is free from BPA, phthalates, lead, and harmful chemicals. It is BIS Certified.
How do I clean and maintain the neem wood teether?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth after each use and allow to air dry completely. Do not soak in water or put in a dishwasher as this can damage the wood.
